Thank you for trying our products. All returns for downloaded software must be pre-authorized by ISL Online.
To arrange a refund, complete the following steps.
Step 1 - Determine Eligibility
Purchases from ISL Online Headquarters or our subsidiaries.
If you purchased the ISL Online licenses directly from us, please follow the instructions in Step 2.
Purchases from our Authorized Partners.
If you wish to make a return and you purchased ISL Online licenses from one of our Authorized Partners, you need to contact them directly and follow their return guidelines. In most cases, they will be able to quickly handle your refund request.
Step 2 - Email your proof of purchase
To claim your refund, please forward the e-mail confirmation (receipt) to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the reason of returning the software. If you are unable to locate your e-mail receipt, you must give us your contact information and other details so that we can locate your order. The date of purchase must be within the last 15 days.
Step 3 - Complete, Sign and Return an Affidavit of Software Destruction
We will send you an email that notifies you of your eligibility for a refund based on the proof of purchase you provide to us. The email will also contain a form of Affidavit of Software Destruction.
To receive a refund you must print, complete, sign and return the received Affidavit of Software Destruction. You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. Once you have returned the Affidavit of Software Destruction, all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights.
