Refund Policy

Hvis du finner ut at programvaren vår ikke fungerer som forventet, anbefaler vi at du enten kontakter oss for å avtale en refusjon (hvis du har kjøpt produktet i løpet av de siste 15 dagene) eller følg refusjonsretningslinjene til forhandleren du kjøpte programvaren fra. Takk for at du prøver produktene våre. Alle returer for nedlastet programvare må forhåndsgodkjennes av ISL Online.

For å arrangere en refusjon, fullfør følgende trinn.

Step 1 - Determine Eligibility

Purchases from ISL Online Headquarters or our subsidiaries.

If you purchased the ISL Online licenses directly from us, please follow the instructions in Step 2.

Purchases from our Authorized Partners.

If you wish to make a return and you purchased ISL Online licenses from one of our Authorized Partners, you need to contact them directly and follow their return guidelines. In most cases, they will be able to quickly handle your refund request.

Step 2 - Email your proof of purchase

For å kreve refusjon, vennligst videresend e-postbekreftelsen (kvittering) til sales@islonline.com sammen med grunnen til å returnere programvaren. Hvis du ikke finner e-postkvitteringen, må du gi oss kontaktinformasjonen din og andre detaljer slik at vi kan finne bestillingen din. Kjøpsdatoen må være innen de siste 15 dagene.

Step 3 - Complete, Sign and Return an Affidavit of Software Destruction

We will send you an email that notifies you of your eligibility for a refund based on the proof of purchase you provide to us. The email will also contain a form of Affidavit of Software Destruction.

To receive a refund you must print, complete, sign and return the received Affidavit of Software Destruction. You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. Once you have returned the Affidavit of Software Destruction, all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights.
