Desde 2005, operamos uma infraestrutura global de computação em nuvem proprietária para hospedagem de sessões de desktop remoto, com servidores localizados em instalações de última geração em todo o mundo. Essa infraestrutura de alta disponibilidade garante conectividade rápida, estável e com latência mínima, permitindo que os usuários se conectem a dispositivos remotos via servidores ISL Online (Conexão Padrão).
Em determinados casos, uma conexão entre o operador e o cliente pode ser estabelecida via servidores Cloudflare (STUN/TURN) disponíveis globalmente (Conexão Direta).
Independentemente do tipo de conexão (Conexão Padrão ou Conexão Direta), o conteúdo do fluxo de dados do desktop remoto entre o computador local e o remoto é transferido por meio de um túnel seguro, protegido por criptografia simétrica AES de 256 bits, para atender aos mais altos padrões de segurança.

A Nossa História
The initial version of ISL Online (short for “Internet Services Layer”) was developed in 2001, at a time when the remote desktop market was still in its infancy. In 2005, we introduced ISL Online Cloud, setting up our initial 3-4 servers and becoming the first vendor to automatically route sessions through the best available server.
Today, connecting to a remote computer from anywhere in the world with a single click feels effortless, but when we first showcased this technology in 2005 at CeBIT, then the world's largest IT fair, it created a real “wow” moment. What started as a small network of four servers has grown into a global infrastructure of more than 100 servers, hosting millions of remote desktop sessions every year and maintaining a 99.98% uptime.
