Sinds 2005 hebben we een wereldwijde, eigen cloud computing infrastructuur voor het hosten van remote desktop sessies, met servers in ultramoderne faciliteiten over de hele wereld. Deze infrastructuur met hoge beschikbaarheid zorgt voor snelle, stabiele connectiviteit en minimale latentie, zodat gebruikers via ISL Online servers verbinding kunnen maken met remote apparaten (Standaardverbinding).
In bepaalde gevallen kan een verbinding tussen de operator en de klant tot stand worden gebracht via Cloudflare servers (STUN/TURN) die wereldwijd beschikbaar zijn (directe verbinding).
Ongeacht het verbindingstype (Standaard Verbinding of Directe Verbinding), wordt de inhoud van de gegevensstroom van de remote desktop tussen de lokale en remote computer overgebracht via een beveiligde tunnel, beschermd door symmetrische AES 256-bits end-to-end versleuteling, om aan de hoogste beveiligingsstandaarden te voldoen.

Onze geschiedenis
The initial version of ISL Online (short for “Internet Services Layer”) was developed in 2001, at a time when the remote desktop market was still in its infancy. In 2005, we introduced ISL Online Cloud, setting up our initial 3-4 servers and becoming the first vendor to automatically route sessions through the best available server.
Today, connecting to a remote computer from anywhere in the world with a single click feels effortless, but when we first showcased this technology in 2005 at CeBIT, then the world's largest IT fair, it created a real “wow” moment. What started as a small network of four servers has grown into a global infrastructure of more than 100 servers, hosting millions of remote desktop sessions every year and maintaining a 99.98% uptime.
