Mac users are welcome to download the latest remote desktop support applications ISL Light Desk and ISL Light Client, now trusted by Apple. Upgrading should return ISL Light’s performance on Macs back to normal.
As many of you already know, Apple has abruptly changed the developers’ signature for signing the Mac apps to version 2. Those apps, signed with the v1 signature no longer worked on OS X 10.9.5 Maverics and 10.10 Yosemite as they were no longer recognized by the OS X Gatekeeper. ISL Light soon provided two workarounds enabling users to continue providing remote desktop support despite the signature issues, however, the latest upgrade successfully solves these issues. Mac OS X users can now provide and receive seamless remote support through ISL Light as they used to.
