Both unregistered and registered users can buy ISL Online using our secure payment procedure. Registered users can also use our Shop while logged to the ISL Online account using email address and a password. You will be guided through the purchase process by our Shopping Wizard. Depending upon the payment method chosen, you may be required to fill in payment information. Read and accept the terms and conditions. This is necessary to proceed with your purchase or order. Upon successful confirmation of your order we will send you a conformation by e-mail.

In case a credit card payment is completed successfully, this will be regarded as a "Purchase". Your ISL Online software will be shipped electronically. You will receive an Activation Key for your purchased item and instructions how to activate the product by e-mail, to the e-mail address, provided in the Shopping Wizard.

In case you choose other payment method (bank transfer or Authorized Reseller), this will be regarded as an "Order". Orders will be processed within 48 hours after the payment is received. Your ISL Online software will be shipped electronically as described in the previous paragraph. You will receive an e-mail with your purchase confirmation.

Payment currency is automatically selected for your country by the Shopping Wizard in case you decide to purchase our products electronically by credit card payment.

VAT will be applied to ISL Online purchases for residents of European Union (EU). As of July 1, 2003, new VAT regulations apply within the European Union (EU). As far as electronically supplied services are concerned, VAT rate is dependent on the location of the customer. Non EU residents and customers who specify a valid VAT ID number in the ordering process are not charged with VAT.

We assure you that your personal data will not be passed on to third parties (uninvolved in order or payment processing), sold, or rented, unless we are legally obligated to forward such data. Your payment information will be treated as strictly confidential and forwarded neither to third parties uninvolved in payment processing, unless we are legally obligated to do so. If you are using Netscape 3.0 or later, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later, all personal and credit card information is encrypted for your protection. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure your transaction is safe. SSL transactions are certified by Thawte. Just make sure all the SSL security features are turned on in your browser's preferences or options. In Netscape, you can tell that SSL is activated if you see a closed padlock in the lower left corner of the browser window.
