ISL Light with Free Audio and Video

LJUBLJANA - December 1st 2007. Xlab, a leading R&D company that develops business tools and advanced online collaboration software, announces a big change in its prime product's pricing. ISL Light, a secure and affordable remote desktop support tool, comes now with an Audio&Video plug-in included.

From 1st December 2007 on, the Audio&Video plug-in is available free of charge to anyone purchasing ISL Light. All items in the price list, including the 500-minute PayPerUse Coupon, are now Audio&Video enabled.

"Our customers seem to be very satisfied with our proprietary Audio&Video plug-in, which they have been using for a year and a half since its launch in early 2006," says Jure Pompe, the CEO of Xlab.

The Audio&Video plug-in enables ISL Light customers to use the integrated voice (VoIP) and live video communication during a remote desktop support session. The secure communication is made available by a simple click of a button without any previous software installations.

"Until now, the plug-in has been a payable add-on for ISL Light. Now, however, as the ISL Online's upcoming software releases need the Audio&Video to ensure first-rate service quality, the decision has been made to offer it completely free of charge to all new customers," Mr Pompe points out.

Beside the free Audio&Video in ISL Light, the beginning of the year 2008 should bring major changes for the whole ISL Online product line. As three of four ISL Online solutions are currently released as a public beta, Xlab promises final releases at the beginning of 2008. This refers not only to the solution of remotely accessing an unattended computer over the Internet – ISL AlwaysOn, but also to ISL Pronto, offering companies an instant chat service to their website users, and to ISL Groop, which enables anybody to organize and hold an online meeting on the Internet.
