If you determine that our software does not work as expected,
we recommend you either contact us to arrange a
refund (if you purchased the product within the
past 15 days) or follow the refund policy of the reseller
from whom you purchased the software. Thank you

products. All returns for downloaded software must
be pre-authorized by XLAB d.o.o., Teslova 30,

European Union.
To arrange a refund, complete the following steps.
Step 1. Determine Eligibility
Purchases from the ISL Online
website.
If you wish to arrange a refund and you purchased
ISL Online software directly from our website,
please follow the instructions in Step 2.
Purchases from resellers including electronic downloads.
If
you wish to make a return and you purchased ISL
Online software from one of our resellers, you need to
contact
them directly and follow their return guidelines.
In most cases, the original reseller will be able
to quickly handle
your refund request.
Step 2. Email your proof of purchase
To claim your refund, please forward the e-mail confirmation
(receipt) to sales@islonline.com along with the
reason of returning the software.
The ISL Online credit card orders are operated by WorldPay Ltd.
For each purchase from the ISL Online website you should
have received an e-mail confirmation of your purchase. If
you are unable to locate your e-mail receipt, you must give
us your contact information and other details so that we
can locate your order. The information you send must include
the following: your full name, date of purchase, purchased
product, purchase price, and reason for returning the software.
The date of purchase must be within the last 15 days. E-mail
this information to sales@islonline.com to be
processed.
Step 3. Complete, Sign and Return an Affidavit of Software
Destruction
We will send you an email that notifies
you of your eligibility for a refund based on the
proof of purchase you provide
to us. The email will also contain a form of
Affidavit of Software Destruction.
To receive a refund for downloaded software purchased from
XLAB d.o.o. you must print, complete, sign and
return the received Affidavit of Software Destruction
within 15 days
of purchase. You must also destroy all copies of
the software you may have made or stored in any
place, as well as uninstall
the software from any computers owned or controlled
by you where you have installed the software.
Once XLAB d.o.o. receives your properly completed and
signed Affidavit of Software Destruction within
15 days of purchase, XLAB d.o.o. will provide
a refund to you of the amount you
paid for the software. Once you have returned the
Affidavit of Software Destruction to XLAB d.o.o.,
all licenses you may
have to use the software will be immediately terminated,
and any further use of the software will be an
infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual
property rights.
If your request for a refund is confirmed, a credit will
be processed to your credit card account within
5 to 7 business days following confirmation of
eligibility. If you have any questions concerning this policy,

Policy Changes
XLAB d.o.o. reserves the right to modify this
Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any
customer it believes is
abusing this policy. Any such revision or change
will be binding and effective immediately after
posting of the revised
Refund Policy on ISL Online websites. You agree
to periodically review our websites, including
the current version of our
Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available
on our websites. It is your obligation to review
our refund policy
for any such revisions.
