How to start a remote desktop session

Step 1
The operator visits www.isllight.com.

A client calls your support center requesting immediate help with the PC. The first step you need to do is to visit the ISL Light's official Website.

 

Step 2
Enters username and password. And clicks 'START support session'.

At www.isllight.com you log into your company's user account at the ISL Online Product Panel. The last enables you to start and manage all ISL Online services.

Another option is to download ISL Light Desk and run it locally for each session.

 

Step 3
Tells the client the Session Code.

See the Session Code in the ISL Light Desk application and tell it to the client. The code is unique and once used becomes obsolete.

 

Step 4
The client visits www.isllight.com.

As the client is the one to initiate the start of the session, he/she needs to open the ISL Light's official Website.

 

Step 5
Enters the Session Code. And clicks 'JOIN support session'.

The client enters the Session Code in the ISL Light Client field in order to join your support session.

Another option is to download ISL Light Client and run it locally for each session.
