• Login into your ISL Online Account
• Once logged in, choose "Hosted Service > Users" from the navigation on the left
• Create a domain (used later as XXXDOMAINXXX) and supporter accounts ("add new user")
• install ISL Pronto application and install it on supporters' computers, use settings:

Server: islpronto-*.islonline.net
Username: \\XXXDOMAINXXX\username
Password: ***
Description: (anything you like, XXXDOMAINXXX is a good choice)

  >>> image displayed on your website, when all users are offline
• http://XXXURLXXX/islpronto-chat.jpg
• >>> image displayed on your website, when at least one user is online
• http://XXXURLXXX/islpronto-logo.jpg
  >>> this should be your company's logo

In the email, please write:

Enable ISL Pronto
Domain: XXXDOMAINXXX
Images url: http://XXXURLXXX

Chat window title: (e.g.: "XXXDOMAINXXX chat")
